Refund Policy

1. Delays Caused by Our End
If we delay the project for more than 30 days from the agreed timeline due to reasons attributable to our team, the client is entitled to claim a 100% refund of the amount paid. However, this refund excludes any payments made to third parties, such as:

– Domain registration fees
– Theme purchases
– Paid advertisements (e.g., Facebook ads, Google ads)
– Any other third-party services

2. Delays Caused by the Client
If the project is delayed due to reasons attributable to the client, including but not limited to delays in providing necessary information, feedback, or approvals, the client must pay any pending amounts within 30 days of the originally agreed timeline. In such cases:

– The client will be responsible for completing the payment for the work done up to that point.
– We will remain available to complete the assigned tasks related to the scope of work at a future date agreed upon by both parties.

3. Cancellation by the Client
If the client decides to cancel the project midway, the following conditions apply:

– The client will be charged for the work accomplished up to the date of cancellation.
– The balance amount, after deducting the charges for completed work, will be refunded to the client.

4. Notice of Refund
To claim a refund, the client must provide written notice via email to “support@sprojects.tech” The notice must include:

– The same mobile or UPI number used for the initial transaction.
– The same bank details used for the payment.

Refund requests made via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or any method other than email will not be accepted.

5. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of receiving the written notice. Any notice received after business hours (6.30 PM) will be considered as received on the next business day.

6. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments made for the following services are non-refundable:

– Domain registration fees
– Theme purchases
– Paid advertisements (e.g., Facebook ads, Google ads)
– Any other third-party services

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes regarding the refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
